How The Process Works

Along with our superior line of custom printed restaurant products, we offer every franchise location the ability to function independently and profitably. Every store will have access to microsites through which they can order exactly the inventory they need. Furthermore, all of your orders and sales will be reported in real time, giving you an accurate view of how each store is performing. This means no more guesswork or wasted expenditures in your budget!
Our current lead time on printed products is 15 to 17 business days once artwork is approved. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will ship with your supplied carrier account number. If it is not supplied we will ship Fedex Ground and the amount will be billed to you after shipping.
